Brittany McCoy, MSED
Brittany has worked in the field of hospitality for over 15 years, managing for 12. She transitioned into economic development in 2018 searching for a way to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others, and never looked back. She's spent 6 years in economic development, and 6 years in federal and state-level grant management, project compliance, site visits, project monitoring, and proposal development.

Currently the economic director for the City of Prattville, AL. Bryant graduated from Jacksonville State University with his Bachelor’s in Political Science and my Master’s in Public Administration. He is a PhD candidate pursing his doctorate from Liberty University in Public Administration. Bryant holds Certification from the Alabama City/County Management Association. In addition, he is a graduate of Auburn’s Economic Development Intensive course, University of Alabama’s Applied Economic Development Honors Program, and EDAA’s Leadership Course. Whaley also serves on Governor Ivey’s Government and Public Administration Technical Advisory Committee of the Alabama Committee on Credentialing and Career Pathways.
