At McCoy Consulting, LLC, we strive to provide exceptional consulting and grant writing services. Due to the nature of our work, we have established the following refund policy:

No Refunds on Deposits, Consultation Fees, or Grant Application Fees

All deposits, consultation fees, and grant application fees are non-refundable once payment has been made.
These fees compensate for the time, research, and effort invested in assessing and preparing your project.

No Refunds on Digital Products

All digital downloads and electronic resources are final sale and non-refundable.
If you experience issues accessing or downloading a digital product, please contact us for assistance.

Service-Based Work Refunds

Due to the custom nature of consulting and grant writing, all fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
If a client chooses to discontinue services, payments already made will not be refunded.

Exceptions & Dispute Resolution

If McCoy Consulting, LLC cannot fulfill a service due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
If you believe an error has been made in billing, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.
